Our Story
- Super Rehab, founded in 2013, had a vision to provide home-based Occupational Therapy services for the elderly in Sydney's inner-west region, enabling them to age safely in their homes. Since 2017, Super Rehab has grown to cover most suburbs in Sydney.
- Our reputation for providing exceptional care has enabled us to expand our outreach to include NDIS Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Speech Pathology and Podiatry services. To date, in 2022, Super Rehab has served over 2800 clients and visited over 400 suburbs within Sydney.
- As a team, we are dedicated to providing effective, evidence-based interventions and therapies that make positive changes in the lives of our clients. We believe in a personalised approach to providing care, emphasising independence, and promoting overall well-being.

Our Clients
- Aged Care: We serve elderly clients supported by Home Care Packages, CHSP Funding, and the Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Program.
- NDIS Participants: We support individuals with disabilities arising from physical, neurological, intellectual, or cognitive impairments.

- Our multi-disciplinary team (MDT) includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians, Speech Pathologists, Allied Health Assistants and Podiatrists.
Our Service Area
- We Come to You! Super Rehab provides assessments and therapy directly in clients' homes, fostering individualised treatment, enhanced participation, and greater comfort. We travel to many Metro suburbs and here a list of where we can travel to.
- Alternatively, clients can visit one of our hubs for guided exercise and training with our experienced clinicians.
