The answer is: it depends on you.
At Super Rehab, our flexible, mobile model empowers each clinician to shape a schedule that works for them and their clients — whether you are an OT in the Inner West, a Physio in the Northern Beaches, or an EP out west.
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all day. Want to start at 10am after dropping the kids at school? Prefer to finish early on Fridays for a gym class or study? Need a quieter day midweek to recharge? We can make it work. You’ll manage your caseload with guidance from your Team Lead and Clinical Advisor, while enjoying realistic expectations and localised scheduling.
No two days are the same — and that’s exactly how we like it.

Working with Super Rehab is different from a traditional clinic role. You get the independence of working in the community with the support of a highly organised team behind you. From our Customer Service Team (who manage bookings and admins) to Clinical Advisors who provide peer support and supervision, you will always feel supported while still having autonomy.
Many of our clinicians have transitioned from hospital or aged care settings to Super Rehab to find better balance, purpose, and professional growth. Here, you are not just a number. You are part of a mission-driven organisation helping people live more independently, safely, and meaningfully at home.

At Super Rehab, our diverse team values collaboration, clinical excellence, and continual learning. You will participate in regular CPD and coaching sessions, and benefit from working alongside experienced clinicians.
Some team members pursue leadership pathways and move into roles such as Team Lead or Clinical Advisor. Others focus on developing their clinical expertise, building a local caseload, or simply enjoying meaningful work with flexibility.
Wherever you are in your career, we provide the mentorship, structure, and freedom to help you thrive.
We’ve created a video that gives you an exclusive look into the daily life of our team. From morning setup to delivering top-notch therapy services, you’ll witness firsthand the passion and commitment that drive us each day.

9:00 AM: Start your first session — a functional assessment with an NDIS participant at their home.
10:30 AM: Grab a coffee and head to your next appointment — perhaps two exercise sessions with older clients under aged care programs.
12:00 PM: Write your notes on your laptop, catch up on team messages, and respond to client enquiries or updates.
12:30 PM: Take a break and enjoy your lunch — at a local café, in your car, or at a nearby park or beachside spot.
1:00 PM: Attend a short online team huddle or coaching session, and connect with your Clinical Advisor about a complex case.
2:00 PM: Fit in one or two more client visits before heading home.
4:30 PM: Finalise progress notes, flag follow-ups with Customer Service Team, and check the next day’s schedule.
5:00 PM: Finish your workday and head to the gym, go for a walk, or unwind in your favourite way — because balance matters at Super Rehab.

Founded in 2013, Super Rehab was built with a vision to provide high-quality, evidence-based allied health services for the elderly and people with disability. Today, our mission remains the same: to make a positive impact through client-focused care, personalised support, and practical outcomes.
We’re looking for passionate clinicians who want to work in the community, make a difference, and feel valued along the way.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just starting out, you bring the drive, and we’ll bring the support. Let’s make meaningful care mobile — together.
Super Rehab acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
