1. Junior Occupational Therapist

We have a position available for an Occupational Therapist to join our team who is passionate about working with a variety of clients. The current caseload includes assessment and recommendation for everyday equipment recommendation, complex equipment prescription, minor and major home modification and application through funding. 


About the role


Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing initial assessment and ongoing treatment to elderly clients and clients with disabilities
  • Producing thorough and accurate documentation and completing funding application reports (if required)
  • Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication
  • Travelling to client's home for initial OT assessments and ongoing interventions, including equipment trial and home modification review 
  • Working either part-time or full-time (3 days - 5 days per week) or contractor work


Skills and experience required 

  • Minimum 2 years working experience after graduation, either in public hospital, rehab hospital or community setting
  • Understand the complex needs of elderly clients and clients with physical disability
  • Experience working in the community to provide home-based OT service is desirable
  • Knowledge with aged care and NDIS is desirable, and further training can be provided at work
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients, family members and other service providers
  • Current AHPRA Registration, police check and Australian driver's license

2. Junior Physiotherapist

We have a position available for a Physiotherapist to join our team who is passionate about working with a variety of clients, both at our client's home or within our clinic in Petersham. Regular supervision and guidance will be provided by our senior Physiotherapist so you will have the opportunity to further develop your professional skills and experience. 


About the role

  • Ability to work effectively and with empathy
  • Understand the complex needs of elderly clients and clients with physical disability 
  • Current AHPRA Registration, police check and Australian driver's license

3. Senior Speech Pathologist

We have a position available for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team who is passionate about working with a variety of clients, both in clinic setting and at our client's home. The current caseload includes assessment and intervention for adult clients of all ages who have speech, language, voice, and fluency difficulties. This position also involves creating document templates and work procedures for future Speech Pathologists. 


About the role


  • Providing initial assessment and ongoing treatment to elderly clients and clients with disabilities
  • Producing thorough and accurate documentation and completing funding application reports (if required)
  • Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication
  • Travelling to client's home for assessments and ongoing interventions (community-based work) or providing consultation and treatment in our Petersham clinic (clinic-based work)
  • Working part-time (3 days per week) or contractor work


Skills and experience


  • Degree qualified in Speech Pathology with unrestricted work rights in Australia
  • Current AHPRA registration with police check and a driving licence
  • Current member of Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPAA)
  • Minimum 2 years post grad experience working with an aged care and disability related caseload 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
