At Super Rehab, our 10-week Group Exercise Sessions are designed to help participants improve strength, balance, and mobility—all within a supportive, social environment. Led by our experienced team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, each session is tailored to individual needs, ensuring safe, effective, and enjoyable movement for all participants.

Our sessions are based on evidence-based practices and focus on functional movement to help participants maintain independence and prevent falls.

We do more than just run exercise sessions — we empower participants to achieve their health goals with professional support and genuine care.

Our Group Exercise Sessions are ideal for:
Super Rehab acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and live, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land.
