Our Occupational Therapists deliver practical, person-centred Occupational Therapy in the home and community across Sydney. We support older adults and people living with disability, cognitive changes, or complex health needs to live safely, participate in daily activities, and maintain independence at home.

Who We Support
We commonly support people who:
- Experience difficulty with daily activities such as showering, dressing, cooking, or moving safely around the home
- Are at risk of falls or require safety improvements at home

- Daily living aids (kitchen, dressing, grooming)
We can assist with trials, justification, and applications where required.
Home Modifications & Environmental Solutions
Our OTs assess the home environment and provide clinical recommendations for modifications such as:
- Grabrails and bathroom safety improvements
- Ramps and access solutions
- Handrails and step modifications
- Bathroom accessibility upgrades
- Minor and complex home modifications
We provide clear reports and collaborate with builders and providers to support safe implementation.
Capacity Building & Daily Living Skills
We support clients to build confidence and independence through:
- Personal care and self-care strategies
- Safe kitchen and meal preparation skills
- Energy conservation and fatigue management
- Cognitive strategies and memory supports
- Routine development and functional independence training
