We recently held our Annual General Meeting, where we reflected on the past year’s progress and shared our strategic priorities for 2026. The session focused on collaboration, clinical quality, governance, and sustainable growth as we continue supporting aged care and disability participants in the community.
Super Rehab supports older persons and adults living with disability who require allied health services at home. We commonly work with participants funded through Support at Home, CHSP, and NDIS, as well as privately funded clients. Our services are designed to help people maintain independence, safety, and participation in daily life within their home and community.
We also support families and carers who are assisting loved ones at home, and collaborate closely with Support at Home and NDIS providers to deliver coordinated allied health services.

Our Super Brain Program focuses on cognitive health and memory support for individuals managing cognitive impairments. This program combines engaging activities and tailored exercises to promote cognitive function, improve memory, and encourage meaningful participation in daily life.
Our Manual Handling Training equips care providers, family members, and support staff with essential skills to safely assist individuals in various mobility tasks. This hands-on training focuses on reducing injury risk and ensuring safe, effective care techniques. Available as group sessions in our facility or on-site for community partners.
Our Group Exercise Sessions are designed to help participants improve their strength, balance, and mobility in a social, supportive setting. Each session is customised to the group’s needs and led by our experienced Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, creating an enjoyable environment for functional movement and fitness.

Our mobile allied health team provides services across Sydney metropolitan suburbs, supporting participants in their homes and community settings. If you are unsure whether we cover a specific location, our team will be happy to assist and confirm service availability.
At Super Rehab, we aim to make accessing allied health services simple and efficient. From referral to ongoing support, our team works closely with participants, families, and referrers to ensure services are coordinated, responsive, and aligned with each person’s goals.
Referrals can be submitted through our secure online referral form. Once received, our customer service team will review the information, contact the participant when required, and arrange the initial appointment as soon as possible.
Super Rehab is supported by a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals. Our clinicians are experienced in community-based care and work collaboratively to support participants’ health, safety, and independence at home.
