Our Cancellation Policy

  • At Super Rehab, we plan each assessment and therapy session to meet the clients’ individual goals, and we limit the number of clients we serve each day to maintain our high-quality service. Therefore we have a strict 2 clear business days’ notice of cancellation (or no show) so that we can plan our clinicians’ calendars accordingly. 


  • No cancellation fee will be applied if the client provides 2 clear business days’ notice of cancellation prior to their scheduled appointment.


  • Short Notice Cancellation fee will be applied if the client’s cancellation is requested within 2 clear business days prior to their scheduled appointment.


  • Short Notice Cancellation fee will be applied if the client fails to attend a scheduled appointment or arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment.


  • Specifically, for all NDIS funded activities, Short Notice Cancellation (or no show) fee will be 100% of the agreed fee associated with the delivery of a support item to the participant.


  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as medical emergencies, serious illness or injury, or loss of a loved one. In such situation, we will use discretion in applying these charges.


  • We will always discuss alternative appointment options and be supportive and understanding whenever possible. Therefore please reach out to one of our team members and inform us about a possible cancellation,  so we can work together to find a suitable arrangement.
