Physiotherapy
Services.
Super Rehab Physiotherapists deliver practical, evidence-based physiotherapy in the home and community across Sydney. We support older adults and people living with chronic, complex, or disability-related conditions to move with more confidence and take part in daily life with greater safety.
Unlike a clinic setting, our Physiotherapists work in the environment where your participants actually live — assessing real hazards, practising real movements, and building the kind of strength and confidence that transfers into everyday life.
Whether a participant is recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, or simply losing confidence in their movement, our goal is the same: to help them move better, feel stronger, and stay safe at home.

- Live with persistent pain, arthritis, or long-term health conditions
- Need help to stay active and independent at home
- Are funded through Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS, or private funding
