Life at Super Rehab

What does a day at
Super Rehab look like?

The answer is: it depends on you.

At Super Rehab, our flexible, mobile model empowers each clinician to shape a schedule that works for them and their participants — whether you are an OT in the Inner West, a Physio in the Northern Beaches, or an EP out west.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all day. Want to start at 10am after dropping the kids at school? Prefer to finish early on Fridays for a gym class or study? Need a quieter day midweek to recharge? We can make it work.

You’ll manage your caseload with guidance from your Team Lead and Clinical Advisor, while enjoying realistic expectations and localised scheduling. No two days are the same.

What Sets Us Apart

Community work. Real support.

Working with Super Rehab is different from a traditional clinic role. You get the independence of working in the community with the support of a highly organised team behind you — from our Customer Service Team (who manage bookings and admin) to Clinical Advisors who provide peer support and supervision.

Many of our clinicians have transitioned from hospital or aged care settings to Super Rehab to find better balance, purpose, and professional growth. Here, you are not just a number. You are part of a mission-driven organisation helping people live more independently, safely, and meaningfully at home.

Professional Growth

Grow at your own pace.

At Super Rehab, our diverse team values collaboration, clinical excellence, and continual learning. You will participate in regular CPD and coaching sessions, and benefit from working alongside experienced clinicians. Wherever you are in your career, we provide the mentorship, structure, and freedom to help you thrive.

Leadership Pathways

Some team members pursue Team Lead or Clinical Advisor roles, taking on mentorship and clinical governance responsibilities.

Clinical Expertise

Others focus on developing deep clinical skills, building a local caseload, and delivering exceptional care to their participants.

Work-Life Balance

Many simply value meaningful, flexible work — and that is just as valued and respected within our team.

Our Mission

Ready to make a difference?

Founded in 2013, Super Rehab was built with a vision to provide high-quality, evidence-based allied health services for older people and people living with disability. Today, our mission remains the same: to make a positive impact through participant-focused care, personalised support, and practical outcomes.

At Super Rehab, every visit, every session, and every conversation has the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life. We are always open to connecting with passionate clinicians who are interested in community-based allied health care.
