Dietetics
Services.
Super Rehab Dietitians provide practical, person-centred nutrition support in the home and community across Sydney. We help older adults and people living with chronic, complex, or disability-related conditions improve their health, strength, and quality of life through realistic, sustainable nutrition strategies.
Our focus is not restrictive dieting. Instead, we support safe nourishment, improved energy, and confidence with eating and daily living.
We assess participants in their own home — reviewing what they actually eat, how they shop and cook, and what barriers exist — so our recommendations are practical, culturally appropriate, and achievable from day one.
