Exercise Physiology
Services.

Super Rehab Exercise Physiologists deliver practical, evidence-based exercise therapy in the home and community across Sydney. We support older adults and NDIS participants to improve strength, balance, fitness, and confidence, so they can move more safely and keep doing the things that matter to them.

Our sessions can be delivered at home or in suitable community settings such as local parks and other community exercise environments.

Whether a participant needs help managing a chronic condition, rebuilding confidence after a period of decline, or building capacity for greater independence, our Exercise Physiologists develop a personalised program with clear goals and regular review points.
