As we begin 2026, we would like to take a moment to reflect on the year gone by and acknowledge the collective efforts that shaped 2025. Thank you for being part of the Super Rehab journey, we deeply appreciate your continued support and collaboration.
🟦 2025 YEAR IN REVIEW
2025 has been a year defined by change, resilience and impact.
Over the year, the Super Rehab team supported 1,518 new clients, in addition to our existing community, delivering allied health services across 398 suburbs throughout Sydney. Our clinicians provided 21,263 occasions of service to NDIS participants and Support at Home participants and supported participants to remain safe, independent and engaged in their own homes.
Behind these numbers is an extraordinary collective effort. Our multidisciplinary clinicians, together with our customer service, accounts and equipment teams, worked tirelessly across homes, facilities and communities to ensure continuity, quality and compassion in every service delivered.
Throughout the year, we strengthened clinical governance, refined service pathways in response to sector reform, and continued to grow our equipment provision. Each initiative was guided by a clear focus on sustainability, compliance and client-centred care.
None of this would be possible without the commitment, professionalism and adaptability of the Super Rehab team, nor without the trust placed in us by our clients, care partners, referrers and community organisations. For this, we are sincerely grateful.
🟩 2026 THEME: COLLABORATION
As we move into 2026, collaboration will guide how we work, grow and deliver care across Super Rehab.
Collaboration begins within Super Rehab. We will continue to strengthen connections across our internal teams, enabling shared knowledge, integrated expertise and well-coordinated care centred on each client.
It also extends beyond Super Rehab. In 2026, we will continue to work closely with care partners, support coordinators, community organisations and service providers to promote the health, safety and wellbeing of our shared participants in the community.
Most importantly, collaboration places our participants at the centre of everything we do. We will work alongside the participants and their families and/or carers as active partners by listening, educating and empowering them to make informed decisions that support safety, independence and wellbeing at home.
Through collaboration, Super Rehab will continue to deliver high-quality allied health services that enable people to live well, safely and independently in their own homes.
