Fee Schedule
2026.
Our fee structure reflects time-based billable units, separating face-to-face (direct) activities from indirect activities such as clinical documentation, case conferencing, and care planning. Travel costs are incorporated into the unit price for direct activities.
Where service delivery exceeds the standard duration, additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Actual billing may vary depending on the clinical time required.

Billing, cancellations
and other information.
Direct activities include face-to-face participant consultation and clinical support, with travel costs incorporated into the hourly rate. These components are bundled into the unit price to ensure clarity and consistency in billing.
Indirect activities are services where the clinician’s expertise is applied outside of direct participant contact — including progress notes, clinical reports, case conferences, and developing programs or guides for participants and carers.
Where a service includes both direct and indirect activities, the total service price reflects the combined time allocation based on the unit prices listed. When service delivery exceeds the standard duration, additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments.
This approach supports flexible and accurate billing in line with the complexity of the service and the time required for both direct and indirect clinical activities.
Rates listed in this fee schedule are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will apply where services are provided as a subcontracted service to another organisation, in accordance with current ATO guidance.
For further information, refer to the ATO guidance on GST and subcontracted services.
To ensure fairness and continuity of care, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled face-to-face service time may apply where:
- A participant cancels a scheduled service with less than 2 business days’ notice (late cancellation), or
- A participant is not present at the agreed time and location (no show).
Cancellation fees may be waived where reasonable grounds are provided, such as emergency hospital admission, a significant health incident, or loss of a loved one. Super Rehab may exercise reasonable discretion when determining whether cancellation fees will apply.
If free parking is not available at or near the participant’s home and our clinicians are required to pay for parking, the full parking cost will be added to the allied health service invoice.
Parking in shopping centres may not be suitable due to safety considerations and the time required to access large complexes. Our clinicians will use the most practical and accessible parking available when attending a visit.
Travel costs are not billed separately under the direct or indirect activity unit prices. Under the Support at Home guidelines, travel costs are incorporated into the unit price for direct (face-to-face) activities.
As a result, the unit price for direct activities is higher than that for indirect activities, reflecting the inclusion of travel time associated with delivering services in the community.

The following case studies illustrate how Super Rehab clinicians assess, plan, and bill for services under the AT-HM Scheme. Each case reflects real-world complexity to help referrers and case managers understand what to expect.
Mark recently transitioned from a Level 3 Home Care Package to the new Support at Home program with $2,300 in unspent funds.
Under the AT-HM Scheme Guidelines, older people transferring from HCP can complete agreed purchases or works after 1 November 2025 using unspent funds.
Following a home visit, our OT identified several high-risk hazards contributing to Mark’s falls and prescribed:
- Removal of shower hob to create level entry
- Installation of non-slip flooring
- Appropriately positioned grab rails for transfers
These modifications were classified as a Medium-Tier (up to $2,000) home modification under the AT-HM Scheme.
Jean, a full pensioner with mild dementia and lower back pain, was approved for Medium-Tier funding under the AT-HM Scheme.
She was experiencing difficulty standing from a low, soft chair and required frequent carer assistance for transfers.
Our OT and Physiotherapist jointly prescribed:
- High-back armchair — to improve postural support and ease sit-to-stand transfers
- Removable bed rail — for safe repositioning and bed transfers
- Transfer belt — for Physio and carer-assisted mobility training
Although low-cost, these items were considered medium-to-high risk due to Jean’s cognitive and physical profile. Our OT recommended a home trial and education session as a wraparound service.
1 hr Direct Activity — initial assessment
1 hr Indirect Activity — summary report, bed rail risk assessment form, and liaison with equipment supplier for home trial
45 min Direct Activity — Physio assessment
60 min Indirect Activity — summary report and recommendations on transfer belt
May resides in a public housing unit. Following a recent amputation, she began using a manual wheelchair, but the external entrance had stairs and no suitable ramp access — creating a significant safety risk and limiting community participation.
Funding note: Home modifications to public housing properties fall under the responsibility of housing authorities. This meant the AT-HM Scheme could not fund the ramp installation directly.
Our OT:
- Contacted the local housing office to confirm modification procedures
- Organised a joint site visit with the housing-appointed builder to inspect access and outline scope
- Recommended a wheelchair-accessible ramp with compliant gradient and handrails, and removal of step hazards
- Completed a Complex Home Modification report and submitted it to the Local Housing Office for approval
Although AT-HM funds did not cover the ramp installation, our OT was able to bill for:
