Parking

As a mobile service provider, we travel to our clients’ homes to conduct assessments and therapy sessions. To ensure a smooth and timely visit, we kindly ask that you inform us of any parking difficulties or alternative parking options prior to your appointment. This information helps us plan accordingly and avoid unnecessary delays.

If free parking is not available in your area, and our clinicians are required to pay for parking, the full cost of the parking fee will be added to the Allied Health service fees. This ensures our clinicians can focus on providing the best care without the added concern of parking expenses. An invoice will be created and emailed to you if a parking fee is being charged.

For safety and manual handling reasons, our clinicians avoid parking in shopping centre car parks, unless the client’s residence is directly within the same building as the shopping centre. We prioritise easy and safe access to your home to facilitate the best possible care experience.
