The answer is: it depends on you. At Super Rehab, our flexible, mobile model empowers each clinician to shape a schedule that works for them and their clients — whether you’re an OT in the Inner West, a Physio in the Northern Beaches, or an EP out west.
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all day. Want to start at 10am to drop the kids at school? Prefer to finish early on Fridays for a gym class or study? Need a quieter day midweek to recharge? We can make it work. You’ll manage your caseload with guidance from your Team Lead and Clinical Advisor, while enjoying realistic expectations and localised scheduling.
No two days are the same — and that’s exactly how we like it.
Curious to see for yourself?
We’ve created a video that gives you an exclusive look into the daily life of our team. From morning setup to delivering top-notch therapy services, you’ll witness firsthand the passion and commitment that drive us each day.
Working with Super Rehab is different from a traditional clinic role. You get the independence of working in the community with the support of a highly organised team behind you. From our Customer Service Team (who handle your bookings and admin) to Clinical Advisors who provide peer support and supervision, you’ll always feel backed while still having autonomy.
Many of our team members have made the switch from hospital or aged care settings to Super Rehab to find balance, purpose, and professional growth. Here, you’re not just a number. You’re a valued part of a mission-driven team, helping people live more independently, safely, and meaningfully at home.
Because we’re mobile, your day might start from home. No need to check into a clinic first.
9:00 AM: Start your first session — a functional assessment with an NDIS participant at their home.
10:30 AM: Grab a coffee, then head to your next appointment — perhaps two exercise sessions with older clients under a Home Care Package.
12:00 PM: Write your notes on your laptop, catch up on team messages, and respond to client updates.
12:30 PM: Take a break and enjoy your lunch — at a local café, in your car, or at a nearby park.
1:00 PM: Attend a quick online team huddle or supervision session, and connect with your Clinical Advisor about a tricky case.
2:00 PM: Fit in one or two more clients before heading home.
4:30 PM: Finalise your progress notes, flag follow-ups with CST, and check your next day’s calendar.
5:00 PM: Finish your workday and head to the gym, a walk, or your favourite way to unwind — because balance matters at Super Rehab.
