Home Care Services
We are working closely with home care providers and we have been providing high quality allied health services to the clients. Our therapists are able to complete comprehensive assessments and provide support to ensure that all of clients' physical and functional needs are supported. We help clients who receive the aged care services at home such as:
- Home Care Packages (HCP) Program
- Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)
- Short Term Restorative Care (STRC)
We are NDIS Registered
Super Rehab Perth is a registered NDIS provider to provide Allied Health Services to the participants whose NDIS funding is:
