The health and safety of our clients is always our top priority; therefore we are excited to announce the launch of TeleRehab Service. Tele Rehab Service will to enable our clients to receive allied health services in the comfort of their own home and on their schedule. All they need is a smart phone, tablet or laptop with internet connection, and there is no need to install apps or sign up new accounts. Just click on the link we send.
If any clients are interested in TeleRehab Service, please discuss with Peter on 0490 057 622, talk to individual therapist or simply email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can set up an TeleRehab appointment.
We will send out an email or text message with a link to our online platform before the session. Our client would simply click on the link and start the session at the agreed date and time.
Our client will be able to see and talk to the therapist once connected to the online platform. Our therapist will conduct assessment online and discuss recommendation with the client based on the assessment outcome.
After TeleRehab Service, a comprehensive report will be completed and sent to our client or their care cooridantor within 5-business days. Ongoing treatment sessions will be recommended by our therapist if this will be beneficial to our client.
We will continue to provide high quality allied-health service in the community. We have increased supplies of surgical masks, gloves, hand sanitiser, and disinfectant wipes, so we can wear suitable PPE as required and continue to perform hand hygiene.
When we schedule appointment and arrive at the appointment, we will ask the client and persons present if they:
1) have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19;
2) have returned from overseas in the past 14 days; or
3) have any fever, respiratory symptoms or flu-like symptoms.
If the client or the persons present answer "YES" to any of the above questions, we will delay the home visit after two weeks or offer TeleRehab Service instead.
We are now able to offer Phone Consultations for assessment and making recommendation. This is a temporary measure which has been introduced to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
You can schedule a Phone Consultation with one of our allied health professionals by:
1. calling us on (02) 8970 4632
