Super Rehab was founded in 2013 with a simple idea: helping older people remain safe and independent in their own homes. What began as a home-based Occupational Therapy service in Sydney’s Inner West quickly grew as more families and service providers recognised the value of practical allied health support delivered in the community.
As demand increased, we expanded our services and team — bringing together clinicians who shared the same commitment to helping people live more confidently and independently at home. Over time, Super Rehab evolved into a multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting individuals across a wide range of needs.
Today, Super Rehab delivers Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology, Dietetics and Allied Health Assistance across Sydney and Perth — supporting both older Australians and adults living with disability.

Since our early days in Sydney’s Inner West, Super Rehab has continued to grow through strong relationships with participants, families, and service providers across the community.
By 2025, our team had supported thousands of participants across Greater Sydney — from older Australians wanting to remain safely at home, to younger adults living with disability working toward greater independence. In 2024, Super Rehab expanded to Perth, bringing the same commitment to community-based allied health to the West Australian market. Our work continues to be guided by the same purpose it always has: empowering people to live their best lives.

Katrina
Katrina oversees the day-to-day operations of Super Rehab, ensuring our services run smoothly and our participants receive timely, coordinated care.
Kim
Kim is one of the first points of contact for referrers and participants, ensuring enquiries and referrals are handled promptly and with care.
Alison
Alison supports referrers, participants and their families with scheduling, enquiries and service coordination — making every interaction smooth and reassuring.

Super Rehab is a registered NDIS provider, working alongside NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants.
Super Rehab delivers allied health services on behalf of registered Support at Home providers as an associated provider. Our clinical practices, pricing, and reporting are fully aligned with Support at Home program requirements and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
All clinicians are registered with AHPRA or their relevant professional peak body — including Physiotherapy, OT, Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology, and Dietetics.
All relevant staff hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check — including aged care workers who are also working in the NDIS sector, as required under the scheme.
Comprehensive professional indemnity cover for all clinical services delivered by our clinicians.
Full public liability insurance covering all home visits and community-based activities conducted by our team.
Dedicated cyber security insurance protecting participant data and our digital systems in line with privacy obligations.
All Super Rehab employees and contractors are covered by workers compensation insurance in accordance with NSW and WA requirements.
